Supporting Our Community
Cave & Sons take our responsibility to the communities in which we operate very seriously.
In the past we have lent our support to various good causes including the Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance and Northampton Rotary fundraising among others.
In 2006, to support our Centenary year we adopted the SOS Children’s Villages as our chosen charity and with the help of our clients and staff raised a substantial sum which helped to fund the Charities work in Mbabne, Swaziland.
In 2008, in conjunction with Northamptonshire Community Foundation, Cave & Sons set up the Cave & Sons Grassroots Grants Fund to help disadvantaged and deserving groups within the local community.
The fund currently benefits from matched funding from the Treasury under the endowment challenge which means that for every pound donated, the government will add another pound. With Gift Aid available on top, any donations will be significantly increased before they reach the people that matter making our fund one of the most effective ways of giving to local groups.
