Benefits
1. Diversification
Risk is a concept that strikes fear into many people, but what better way to diversify risk than to invest in a service that provides access to a broad range of collective funds, which themselves invest in hundreds of individual underlying holdings.
2. Ongoing Professional Management
In today's increasingly volatile world, yesterday's winners are increasingly becoming tomorrow's losers. With over 2000 collective funds in the UK today the choice is bewildering. To try and keep ahead of the game you need to monitor your investments constantly. If you don't have the time or the inclination, why not let us take the strain?
3. Costs
Historically, transaction costs in the industry have often been significant and can easily eat into investment returns. At Cave's we have used our buying power and industry standing to negotiate significant reductions in the initial costs with most of the major investment houses. As well as a significant reduction in our own transaction fees, we feel that this translates into a cost effective investment option for our clients.
4. Access to Institutional Funds
As a result of the volume and size of transactions that we undertake, clients investing through the Totus service have access to some funds which would otherwise perhaps not usually be available to the retail investor. These 'institutional funds' are often characterised by lower initial and ongoing charges and are managed by some of the industry's leading investment managers.
The Totus Service will take advantage of the world's very best fund managers.
